Sisters.

Today I am thankful for my sister. She's the only one I've got and I think that's one of the reasons I love her so much. I won't go into any long explanation other than to say that I love her dearly. We have the strongest, most unique bond. All of you out there with a sister know what I'm talking about. I'm so thankful to my heavenly father for the blessing of sisterhood. Here is a great quote I found about sisters..

Go Colts!

Darek and I went to the colts game this past weekend. It was so much fun, the Lucas Oil Stadium was GINORMOUS. Darek had never been to a pro-football game before so he was super excited about it. My friend Katherine has season tickets and she invited us to go with her so the best part was it was FREE! The Colts played the Seahawks and killed them. Go Colts!

So not fun.

So, the past few days I've taken a ton of this..

Long story short, I've felt awful. I've been so sick with a NASTY sinus infection. The kind where you can hear your voice echo in your head when you talk and your husband has to sleep on the couch because you are hacking and sneezing all night. Luckily, I have my Prince Charming to take care of me. Darek is so thoughtful and attentive :). I'm just so tired of having my head feel like it's going to explode from sinus pressure at all times. I am pretty much an ugly, sniffly mouth-breather right now. Not fun :(.

Dear Lady Gaga....I don't get it.

Uhhhh....did anyone else catch Lady Gaga's performance at the VMA's tonight? I have to say, I just don't get it. In fact, I felt like I was watching a car wreck, it was disturbing to see and I couldn't look away! I guess the day has finally come where I just don't understand the "crazy shinanigans" of today's generation. I'm all for appreciating "art" but could that performance have been any CREEPIER? Oh, and don't even get me started on Kanye.......
